Taking time to meditate in the midst of our daily demands can seem impossible – a use of time that we simply don’t have. And so, a meditation practice is often the first thing we write off as life takes over. This is normal. But it doesn’t have to be this way…

And yet, most of us spend our days running from task to task, endlessly distracted and tossed around by the ups and downs of our emotions and the endless succession of events that crop up in our lives. We often don’t stop to connect with the present moment at all, and we accept this as “just how it is.”

After an initial consultation, I will suggest some options for individual training tailored to your specific needs. Bespoke courses range from ongoing weekly sessions to four, six and eight week curated courses, during which you will learn valuable mindfulness skills and tools, develop a regular meditation practice and receive one-to-one mentoring from me throughout the program.
